A detached stone built 4 bedroom farmhouse sleeping 8 in three double beds and two singles or a smaller stone built cottage sleeping 4 in two double beds. Or for the larger family group you can of course take both properties accommodating 12.

Whichever suits your needs both the farmhouse and the cottage provide a peaceful holiday destination for any discerning holidaymaker.

Situated on an old farm, both are completely self contained. Recently refurbished to a high standard and very comfortably furnished. Both farmhouse and cottage include dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD player all utensils etc. With a 12m x 6m fully tiled heated swimming pool and plenty of space to relax, this is the ideal location to enjoy the French summer or if it's too hot (and it can be) there's a stone built covered seating area out of the sun.

Chez Robineau is in a rural location with our nearest neighbours around 400m away. Set just south of Civray, and within about 1.5km of Civray centre we are set in 15,000 sq. m. of gardens, surrounded by yet more fields and woodland but still only 20 to 25 minutes walk from the market on a Tuesday or Friday and within easy reach of plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.

There are plenty of walks locally a favourite is along the banks of the River Charente and the newly formed towpath.
